How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
In stock, orders are shipped in 2-5 business days, with the exception of holidays if the order is placed before 3 PM Indian Standard Time.
"Any" package that is returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Festivals. If an item becomes unavailable, we will attempt to locate it at another store and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

For International orders, Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.
For orders shipping within the United States, we offer the following payment methods: PayPal and Bank Transfer. We do not accept: Cash, COD.
When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
For orders shipping to the other countries., you'll find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day. For international orders, we will provide you with an estimated ship date.
How do I submit a review?
To submit a review, ensure you are signed in and then click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the site. Once in your account, click ‘My Reviews’. From here, you can view the product, as well as click ‘Review Now’ to submit your review. If you have already reviewed the product, you can see the star rating you gave it, or click on ‘View my Review’ to check what you said.
