shree Gayathri devi is committed to complete customer satisfaction. shree gayathri devi takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for the below reasons
i) shree gayathri devi will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. shree gayathri devi is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
shree gayathri devi will process your return upon receipt of the package. shree gayathri devi must confirm that the returned products have not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 5 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange
1 If you wish to return an item then you should email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. You should make it clear if you require an exchange or refund for the item.
2 Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
3 You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges. ( Extn)
4 We will refund the purchase price to you within 10 days of the cancellation notice but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
5 In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been customized for you, we will not cancel the order.
6 Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
7 Items should be returned as new, unused, and with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Proof needs to be submitted for transaction refund ( failure)
Faulty Goods ( Proof has to be submitted on the same day)
If we accepted the proof maximum 5 working days allowed to return the product
1 Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within XX days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
2 If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color and style, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Based on your convenience return or refund will be given and the same will be processed within 3-5 working days.
1 Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
